RelayHelp connects a chat widget on your website to your team's chat app. These terms apply when you create a workspace, and you need to be able to agree to them for your business.
Keep your login safe and tell us if someone else gets in. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your agents send.
Plans and prices are on the Pricing page. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial and no card. Our payment provider is the seller of record and handles tax. You can cancel any time, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Your tickets, lessons and customer data stay yours. You give us only the rights we need to run the service for you. You're responsible for telling your customers that you use RelayHelp, and for having the right to send us their messages.
AI answers can be wrong. You set the confidence line, and AI replies are labelled, with a way to reach a person right under them. Check anything that matters before relying on it.
Don't use RelayHelp to break the law, send spam, harm people, or attack the service. We can suspend a workspace that does, and we'll tell you why.
RelayHelp works with apps we don't control, and their terms apply too. Slack, Discord and Telegram are trademarks of their owners. RelayHelp isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
You can close your workspace at any time. We delete its data within 30 days, except invoices we're required to keep. We'll give you notice before closing a workspace, unless it's breaking these terms.
We provide RelayHelp as it is and work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will never fail. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights the law says we can't.
These terms follow the laws of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State deal with disputes, unless the law where you live gives you a right to something else. We'll tell you before any change that matters. Questions go to [email protected].
