Who runs this
RelayHelp is run by Wave, an engineer in Lagos, Nigeria. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
From owners and admins: name, work email, workspace settings and billing details. From your customers: what they type into the widget, the email they give us, and basic device info for the session. From demo requests: what you put in the email you send us. From the waitlist: your email, anything else you choose to add, your country, and which link or campaign brought you, which we keep until launch or until you ask us to delete it.
What we do with it
Run the service, route tickets to your chat app, draft and send replies you approve, and bill you. We don't sell data and we don't train shared AI models on your conversations.
Analytics and cookies
If you accept, we use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to see how the site and dashboard are used. That includes session replays with every input masked, and it sets cookies. Nothing loads until you say yes, you can change your mind with Privacy choices in the footer, and we honour Global Privacy Control. Cookies that keep you logged in, and the one that remembers your choice, don't need permission. The server also counts account events such as sign-ups against an account ID, never a name or email, and the dashboard sends error reports to Sentry so we can fix faults.
Who else touches it
Contabo (servers), Cloudflare (network, files, the waitlist and its bot check), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error reports), Anthropic (AI drafts and summaries), our payment provider, and the chat apps you connect. Each one is limited to doing that job. The widget itself never loads analytics.
Where it goes
Some of these providers work outside your country. Where the law requires it, we rely on their data transfer terms, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
While your workspace is active. Remove the app or close the workspace and we delete it within 30 days, except invoices we're required to keep.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data from the dashboard or by writing to [email protected], and we'll answer within 30 days. Your customers can do the same through you. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
